Green Wilderness Birth is a collective and supportive space that offers perinatal wellness coaching, education and doula support for expecting and new parents. Having a child is a pivotal moment in life and we want to help you navigate this journey. Whatever path you choose for your birth, natural, medicated or C-section, we will be there for you. We answer your questions and support your choices. We listen, assist, and help you achieve your goals because we believe that every expecting parent should experience this special time in the most personal, meaningful and satisfying way. We also incorporate greener and healthier solutions to help you protect and nurture yourself, your child and the entire family throughout this unique stage of life.

After experiencing the transformative journey of pregnancy and childbirth firsthand, I felt a deep calling to support other women on their own paths to motherhood. My own pregnancy and birth experience ignited within me a passion for guiding and empowering expectant mothers through one of the most profound moments of their lives.
Realizing the need for holistic support during pregnancy and childbirth, I decided to become a doula. My approach is deeply rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to honoring the individual needs and preferences of each mother. I believe in providing unwavering support, empowering women with knowledge, and ensuring that they feel heard and respected throughout their journey to motherhood.

Since a very young age, I've been captivated by the miraculous journey of life. At just nine years old, I began collecting parents and babies magazines. Assisting family members with their babies only reinforced my love and desire to be of service. Now, years later, here I am, dedicated to supporting families from conception to birth, through the postpartum period, and beyond.
Every new birth brings a unique experience and valuable lessons. My goal is to ensure that every family feels special, respected, listened to, and equipped with knowledge. I want to remind them of the incredible power of pregnant and birthing bodies. Let's embark on this journey together.
